The Platform provides exclusively electronic connection and promotional services:

  • between companies/clients seeking technical services, and
  • independent technicians wishing to offer their services.

Canseamer Service does not provide technical services, does not guarantee their outcome, and does not, in any way, intervene in the contractual relationship between the company and the technician.

3.1 Registration Requirements

Access to the content and features of the Platform requires the creation of a user account.

3.2 User Obligations

Users expressly declare that:

  • they have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements,

Canseamer Service reserves the right to review, suspend, or delete any user account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms.

Canseamer Service bears no liability whatsoever for:

  • the quality, safety, suitability, or legality of the services provided,
  • acts or omissions of technicians or companies,
  • any direct, indirect, or consequential damages.

All content of the Website constitutes the intellectual property of Canseamer Service, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Any reproduction, distribution, or exploitation without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

  1. Governing Law – Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Greek Law. The courts of Athens, Greece, shall have exclusive jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising herefrom.
